We want happy customers, I mean, that is the whole mission of Ignited Soul! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please email us at info@ignitedsoul.com.au so we can discuss a solution within 14 days of purchase.  

Change of mind?

 If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason please contact us at info@ignitedsoul.com.au within 14 days so we can find a solution for you. We want to make sure you are always happy with your order! 

Ignited Soul does not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will offer a store credit should the item be returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you.

Ignited Soul will not offer store credit or refund should the item be returned to us in damaged condition. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Ignited Soul is not responsible for shipping and handling fees incurred during the returns process. 

 

 My item has been damaged in transit! 
If your item has arrived damaged – please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your item has been damaged in transit so we can assist you. info@ignitedsoul.com.au

 

 A little hesitant to buy a crystal online?

We get it, totally! We want to be energetically connected to the crystal and sometimes doing that through technology is hard. BUT! Not to worry ... if there is a particular crystal you see online you like, shoot us a message and we can do a virtual chat or send over some more videos & photos. 

 

 So.... it kinda looks like my crystal has cracks and lines, is it broken & damaged?

Short answer, no. Crystals are natures spiritual gift to us. They have come out of the ground, imperfections, and all. They're unique and beautiful just like you! Each crystal comes in different patterns, colours, shapes, and sizes. Fractures and nicks do occur during the crystal’s growth process are natural. No two crystals are the same. 

If you are looking for a particular hue or colour, you can always leave a comment with your order, and we will try our best to accommodate!  

 

 Did you catfish me with crystal photos?

We do our absolute best to show you what your crystal looks like before you purchase. All crystals are photographed in natural light where possible, and if there are major imperfections these will be noted in the product description. Nicks and scratches during the carving process are normal as there are fractures inside each crystal. No crystal will ever be perfect, and if they are ... they're either man-made or super expensive!

 

 I've changed my mind & want to cancel my order and you've not sent it yet ... HELP!

Should you wish to cancel your order before it is sent, that is no problem just send an email to info@ignitedsoul.com.au. There will be a 10% cancellation fee.

 
 So many to choose from & I want to buy a gift for my friend, what do I do?
If you are purchasing a crystal on behalf of someone else and are unsure what they may like, you may decide to buy a gift card instead.
